Please spare some time I need help!?

Ok there is this girl who is really popular and has better economic position(not such a big difference between us). We became really good friends in just a month and we started to talk about everything, her secrets, my secrets, friendship. She even wanted me to come to her summer house. But somehow for a week she started to ignore me. Like whenever I texted to her she said that she was busy and she said that she will call me but for like 5 times she never called me. Then I became angry about that summer thing because we had to discuss it before I would go. I texted a bit angrily this time and she called right away saying that she is not sure if she'll go so I said ok I am not coming and she said lets see each other these days, I'll text you ok? and I said ok if you got time. and been like 3 days and she still doesnt give a f+%k. Now I 've heard from her friends that she always does this, like becomes really good friends and acts as if they are special and then dump them. And now I really want to text her like saying '' you acted as if our friendship was special but you are not even giving a f+%k to me''. Please give me some advices about this. Also please mind that we werent in love or anything and I wouldnt think of such thing. Please don't say that ''you can call'' because I dont want to as I texted her zillion times and she is always busy.
