What should i do about this mess?

back in sept i sent out pseg 2 perform an investigation n sure enough he documented that my meter was hooked up to the hallway lights, 1st 2nd 3rd fl and basement lights. i gave a copy of this evidence to my landlord and she sent out n electrician, when the electrician informed her that she would have to pay 8grand to fix the meters she remotely refused n told me that she will deduct 20 dollars off the rent. every month i refused to pay the light bill cuz it was an ourrageous amount. last month they shut off my light and i payed $1700 dollars cash, when she found this out she knew that becuz of this i would be late with the rent, so she was scared i would blow the whistle on her n she took me to court for nonpayment of the rent by the time we went to court i owed her 2 months i payed her one month and agreed to pay her little by little 893$ backed up. i breached the contract due to the fACT THAT i had to pay back my father the 1700 he had given me to pay for the lights. to top if off for a yr i kept telling her that my kids were constantly getting sick n that i suspected that my stove had a gas leak. i called finally pseg to inspect my stove and low n behold there was indeed a leak, this resulted in them fining her till she got me a new stove within them 4 days i spent $138 in take out food when she finally thus angrily got me a new stove i asked if she would deduct 138 dollars off the takout food n she sed no, that i could have given my 5 children cold milk, n cereal throughout them 4-5 days while i wAITED for the stove. then to top it even more off i jst found out that she put a lockout of removal out on me n she has put up the house on the market. i told her i would pay her 2 grand and she says to me that if she finds out i put out a complaint against her she would proceed with the lock out. i have all proof and all reciepts what should i do??> pl help
