Could i c a Galaxy with my Celestron astromaster 114? and if i could were to look.?

You won't be able to see many galaxies with that (it's about a 4.5" primary mirror) - Andromeda you could see, but you can see that with binoculars. You'd need a very, very dark site and stable air to have a shot at any other galaxy.
