T mobile phones services?

My husband bought us new phones yesterday!I was with him but i did know which phone to get!He got the galaxys phone and i got the garminefone!We travel alot so i thought the garminefone would be a good phone for us.But i have 14 days to return if i dont like it.Which phone do you think is better my touch 2 or the garminefone?
