Would Muslim extremists turn up to protest at the opening of an envelope?

I saw on the news the bearded shouty ones shouting at Prez Obama as he visited Buck House. There is a new nursery opening nearby, should they go and protest outside and scream "death to the Teletubbies" angrily at the children?
