Planets in other Galaxys?

I've seen the Hubble Deep Field, and was amazed that we could see so much. I want to know if we have a shot of a planet from another galaxy? As if we can take a shot of hundreds of galaxys, I think it may be possible to get a shot of a planet from the Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy.
