Are aliens real since there are so much galaxys we dont know of?

well my opinion is if there are so much galaxies and planets we possibly couldnt be the only galaxy with life but i want to know the facts but i have seen a couple ufo"s but are those supier gadget airplains from the military/area 51? please help me out here people.
