When you see scientific evidence, does that disprove god in any way?

For example if you see the hubble telescope it has discoverd a never ending universe full of infinate galaxys, but in the bible it says that god created the world and never mentions any of that? Also evolution and all the rest...Im not trying to upset religious people by the way but i just want to hear your oppinion of it all :)
