What spec telescope would you recommend for a beginner?

i have always been interested in astronomy and would love to get a little more interactive with my hobby , im looking to be able to see the planets in as much detail as possible without breaking the bank especially the rings of saturn and the bands of jupiter , i would also love to observe galaxys and nebula if possible , i would be grateful if someone could recommend a decent telescope at a decent price to fit my needs thanks
