Problem in accessing samsung galaxy s android market apps?

well i do know that you have to have a google account to acess the android market so if you dont have a google account (Gmail) start off from there... if you already have one and you have signed in and its still giving you an error message, its something with the server obviously... but for this you need to call your service provider.
