Do You Really Believe In Aliens?

I mean C'mon, there are billions and billions of other Galaxys and Planets that we have never even heard about. I kinda believe in aliens, but, if we all are alive, and have what we call Earth, why can't there be another planet like ours with "extra terrestrials"? I mean, there might not be aliens where they have big eyes and heads, what if they look similar to us? Anything is possible right?
