Can hairdressers get my hair from dark brown to white blonde?

My hair is naturally blonde, and i've dyed it nearly every colour of the rainbow, until school told me off, and my only solution without it going ginger was to dye it dark chocolatey brown! I like it, but i think it's too dark! If i go to a professional hair dresser such as Tony and Guy, will they be able to do it white blonde?
